Return Eligibility:

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  

• Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, including any certificates or story cards.
  

• For reasons of hygiene and personalisation, earrings, custom-made, and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless proven faulty.
  
  

Return Procedure:
To initiate a return:

1. Please contact our Concierge Team at sales@veylaajewellery.com within the 14-day window.
   

2. Our team will provide you with personalized return instructions and a Return Reference Number, which must accompany your package.
   

3. Items must be securely packaged and returned via a trackable and insured courier service.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization or without a valid return reference number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
  

• We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit without appropriate insurance.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and successful inspection of your return, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
  

• An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed.
  
  

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Due to the bespoke nature of our service, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• Our items are packed by hand and quality checked prior to posting. Should your item arrive damaged, please notify us by email within 24 hours and include photos so we can arrange a return and replace items for you if applicable.

Veylaa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
